Cut sheets of heavy foil to size. Fold up 1 in. edges of each sheet to form bowls. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Add ingredients to center of each prepared foil pack. Fold up long sides, leaving an opening on top.
To close foil pack, double-fold short sides, making sure there are no gaps that may release ingredients into the grill.
